Choose Jesus

My whole life I lacked love and I never knew what the love of a real father meant until I met Jesus. You too, can experience the same joy that I have found but first you must;

• BE HUMBLE::: God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). Realize you need Jesus and you are a sinner. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:2). Because you are a sinner, you don't automatically get a free ticket. “For the wages of sin is death”  (Romans 6:23). 
  

• ACKNOWLEDGE::: that Jesus had to shed His blood and die you. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood” (Lev. 17:11)
  

• BELIEVE::: that Christ died for you. Unless you believe on Jesus Who died in your place, you will spend eternity in Hell. If you believe on Him as your crucified, buried, and risen Savior, you receive forgiveness for all of your sins and His gift of eternal salvation by faith.
  

If you understand that you are a sinner and in need of salvation through Jesus Christ, here is a sinner's prayer you can pray to God: 

"God, I know that I am a sinner. I know that I deserve the consequences of my sin. However, I am trusting in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe that His death and resurrection provided for my forgiveness. I trust in Jesus and Jesus alone as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you Lord, for saving me and forgiving me! Amen!"
